I haven't seen this man before. He was wandering around at lunch-time making notes on his clipboard. A surveyor of some kind, or inspector from the local council?

This afternoon we had the first rain since the tarmac was laid on the ball court. As you can see from the lower photo, there are quite a few puddles. Could the drainage be better?
